Our Story
Tailoring is in our blood. My parents began as local tailors in Hoi An, crafting clothing for the community. In the early 1990s, as Vietnam opened its doors to the world, they began welcoming international visitors who wanted custom-made garments – right from their small stall in the Hoi An fabric market.
Despite the language barrier, my parents quickly picked up English to better serve tourists. During this time, I was studying Tourism at university, but I often helped out at the shop and gradually fell in love with the craft.
In 2003, after I got married and my parents retired, my husband and I decided to continue the family tradition. That was the beginning of Blue Eye Custom Tailor.

Since then, Blue Eye Custom Tailor has grown into one of Hoi An’s most trusted tailor shops. With over two decades of experience, we’ve served thousands of happy clients from around the world – offering high quality, made-to-measure clothing that fits beautifully and lasts.
Our team includes 20 friendly, professional consultants and over 50 skilled tailors working in dedicated workshops. From the initial consultation to final fitting, we’re committed to making sure you look and feel your best.

Design Selection
Our sales staff and tailors will help you choose the design for any garment you’d like to have made. You can bring your own inspiration (photos, references, etc.) or choose from our in-store fashion catalogs.
Fabric Selection
Select your preferred main fabric and lining (if needed) from our in-store collection. You’re also welcome to bring your own fabric if you wish.
Measurements & Quotation
Our team will take your body measurements and photograph your posture to ensure a precise and flattering fit. Once that’s done, you’ll receive a quote for your garment.
Initial Fitting
Using their expert skills, our tailors will craft your garment for the first fitting, usually within a few hours.
Final Delivery
If no further adjustments are needed, your finished garment will be carefully packed and handed over at our shop or delivered to your requested location.
